Nawaz Sharif mocks PTI’s long march over the turn out

Nawaz Sharif says he has asked Shehbaz Sharif not to give any face-saving to Imran Khan

PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif has mocked the PTI for its long march turnout.

Nawaz Sharif in a series of tweets commented on PTI’s ongoing long march saying that the party could not even gather 2,000 people while claiming that it would amass one million protesters.

He alleged that PTI Chairman Imran Khan had consistently lied so much that the Inter-Services Intelligence chief was “forced to break his silence and tell the truth to the nation”.

Nawaz Sharif said that he has asked Shehbaz Sharif not to give any face-saving to Imran Khan.

Nawaz said he had informed PM Shehbaz Sharif to not listen to any of Imran Khan’s demands, no matter how many people he brought.

In a tweet on Monday, he said: “He who claimed to bring a million has not yet managed to collect 2,000 people. The reason for the indifference of the people is the evil lies that have been exposed to the nation.

“That is why all his emphasis is habitually limited to calling names. I have asked Shahbaz Sharif neither to listen to any demand of this ‘fitna’ nor to give him any face-saving no matter whether he brings a group of 2,000 or 20,000 people for which he longs. The prime minister should focus all his attention on public service,” he added.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has given a response to PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif’s comments mocking PTI’s long march turnout.

Fawad Chaudhry said that Nawaz Sharif’s platelets have “dropped again after seeing the legion of people”.

He also pointed out that the government was of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and yet Nawaz’s confidence in it was such that he was “not ready to return from London”.
