Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to welcome first Ramadan on the same day

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia will celebrate first Ramadan on the same day after six years. Mufti Munib-ur-Rehman announced that the Holy month begins on Thursday in the much-awaited press conference where the meeting of Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee was underway in Karachi for sighting the Ramadan Moon.

Ramadan will begin on Thursday, May 17, Saudi Arabia  announced. Millions of muslims will begin fasting tomorrow.
