PTI founder to be acquitted next week in cipher case: claims Latif Khosa

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Latif Khosa said that PTI founder Imran Khan’s sentence has been suspended in the Toshakhana reference case and he will be acquitted next week in the cipher case as well.

While talking to Shahzeb Khanzada in the Geo News program, Latif Khosa said that in the cipher case, the court gave remarked where is the cipher. And that the document based on which the sentence is being passed is not being presented before the court.

Talking about the May 9 incidents, Latif Khosa maintained that we have demanded that a high-power judicial commission be formed to investigate the incidents related to the May 9 incidents.

The intention will also be known as it is all part of the London plan, he added.

On the other hand, while talking to Shahzeb Khanzada in the program on Friday, PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah said that the allegation in the Toshakhana case is true, but if the accused benefited from the negligence of the prosecution in the court, it is a different matter.

Discussing the suspension of the punishments of PTI founders, he said that PTI founders can come out of jail if punishments are suspended.

Rana Sanaullah said that only Nawaz Sharif can end the political crisis, while the founder of PTI can become an obstacle, but Nawaz Sharif is not playing a role in ending the political crisis because he did not get a clear mandate.
