The Christian community in Pakistan celebrates Easter
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has wished a very happy Easter to the Christian community around the world

The Christian community in Pakistan is celebrating the annual religious festival of Easter Sunday.
Special prayer services were arranged in different Churches across the country as the Christian community celebrates Easter with traditional zeal and religious fervour in Pakistan.
The believers attend prayers for salvation, and for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
Easter Sunday is one of the most festive events among Christians worldwide.
The commemorates Jesus Christ’s resurrection from death, according to the Bible.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extended wishes to the Christian community around the world, particularly Pakistani Christian brothers and sisters celebrating the festival.
In a tweet on Sunday, PM said let us all vow to do our bit in making the world a peaceful place where communities can live in harmony and build a tomorrow of hope.

Foreign Minister and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also extended his warmest greetings to his Christian brothers and sisters in Pakistan and around the world.
