Winter Vacations for Punjab schools extended until Jan 12
Due to the prevalent cold weather conditions in the province, the Punjab School Educations department has extended the winter vacations for schools till January 12.
According to the new notifications, the education department has directed all the government and private schools will now reopen on Monday, 13 January.
Taking it to social media, the provincial education minister Murad Raas has shared the new notification with a caption saying, “Due to extreme weather conditions, winter vacation has been increased till January 12th, 2020. All Public & Private Schools of Punjab will reopen on Monday, January 13th, 2020. Notification attached”.
