Imran Abbas Takes a Year and a Half Hiatus from TV

Pakistani actor Imran Abbas who was last seen in Thora Sa Haq and Jo Tu Chahey, has officially announced that he’s taking a break of at least a year and a half – or maybe more.

While answering a fan’s question on social media regarding his upcoming drama, Imran revealed his long hiatus plans and dropped the bomb.

“You won’t be able to watch me on TV for another one and a half year more,” said the Alvida actor.

“And don’t know about after that either,” he added.

Although reasons are unknown for the actor’s sudden break from television, we do hope that all is well at his end and he is just gearing up for something bigger. Fingers crossed.
