Tumharey Husn Kay Naam Episode-3 Review: Love is in the air!

Salma is unknowingly fascinated by the poet Sikandar Hayat

Tumharey Husn Kay Naam, the drama serial airing on Green Entertainment has finally started growing on us. The classic romance is so beautifully penned down. The vintage feels and poetry adds more value to the play. Saba Qamar and Imran Abbas look great together on screen. In the previous episode, we were wondering will Salma fall for Sikandar after knowing his humbling background. In this episode, Salma is kind of in love with the poet Sikandar Hayat not realizing that he is the same Sikandar Altaf, her poor classmate.

Salma is in awe of a poem she heard on the radio Tumharey Husn Kay Naam written by a poet whose pen name is Hayat. The very next day Salma is praising that poem and that poet with her friends when Sikandar is overhearing her conversation. He is on cloud 9 when he hears Salma praising none other than his very own poem which he has penned to tribute Salma’s beauty. He is extremely happy that Salma loved that poem.

Sikandar who is an artist by all means is a phenomenal poet too. His words have already been reached to Radio Pakistan. After hearing Salma’s praising he has made up his mind to regularly conduct a show on poetry at Radio. Sikandar is lucky enough that he gets a show he commits that he will voluntarily do that. He has started his show and Salma has become his regular listener.

Well, Atif’s proposal is all set to arrive for Salma. Her mother has already given her vote in favor of Atif she feels that he will be the perfect match for Salma. Thank God Salma’s father does not think in the same way. There is a hope that Salma’s father will save her. Well, Atif does not seem like someone who will back off very easily. He has the potential to be the antagonist of this story.

Sikandar is best in his work too the teacher praises his design sense in front of the whole class while trashing everyone’s assignment and passing Salma’s and Sikandar’s friend’s as acceptable ones but asking all to redo it. Salma writes a letter to the Radio show asking Sikandar Hayat to read her favorite poem Tumharey Husn Kay Naam to which he replies that he will read that poem for sure but he has also written another poem Salma Kaun hay? That poem startled Salma and the way he tributes it by saying that ” rango se kehlnay walay haathon kay naam” Salma realized that this poem is written for her. What a beautiful storytelling. Hooked!
