Kabli Pulao Episode-15 Review: Baraan saves Barbeena from getting harassed by Ghaffar

Haji Mushtaq treats Mustang (Baraan) like a family member

Kabli Pulao, the Green Entertainment drama serial is 15 episodes down. Beautifully penned down by Zafar Mairaaj and equally brilliantly directed by Kashif Nisar, the drama features storytelling at its best. Sabeena Farooq and Etheshaamuddin, both have given award-winning performances. In the previous episode, we have seen that Barbeena asks Baraan to leave. In this episode, Baraan saves Barbeena from getting harassed by Ghaffar.

Mustang’s sudden disappearance from the house makes everyone wonder about him and where he has gone. The way Ayesha’s sister suspiciously looks at Barbeena makes us wonder if she knows what Barbeena has said to Baraan. She also asks Barbeena if she has told him to go. Ayesha’s grievances over Barbeena make sense but her sudden extreme hate is not making any sense at all.

Ayesha lost her child in that hate. Barbeena wants to see Ayesha and she asks Ghaffar to bring a rickshaw for her, but he insists that she go with him in his car. He enters her room trying to harass her when Baraan sees him he beats the hell out of Ghaffar. Baraan saves Barbeena from getting harassed by Ghaffar and he realizes that this place is not safe for Barbeena he asks her once again to go with him but she says that now this is her home.

Barbeena asks Baraan not to tell them anything after seeing Ghaffar’s wife helplessly crying in front of her and after she plead with her not to tell anything about the incident to Haji Mushtaq as he will not going to bear that. Well, one wonders why Ghaffar’s wife is bearing a douchebag like him? He has not a single good quality and after watching him harassing her sister-in-law she should have thrown him out of the house but she is still protecting her.

Haji Mushtaq starts treating Mustang with more care and love, he is treating him like a family member well asking a stranger guy to dine with him when his sister is also dining seems quite a stretch. Baraan tells Barbeena that he is there to protect her honor. Barbeena tells Baraan in the middle of the night to leave the place as it is not his responsibility to protect her honor. She says that now it is the responsibility of her husband he will protect her but Baraan is resolute that he is not going to leave. Barbeena tries to convince Haji Sahab not to trust a stranger so quickly but he says he sees Qayyum in him. Interesting buildup!
