George R.R Martin Angers Game of Thrones Fans with Latest Announcement
Acclaimed writer George R.R Martin on whose book Song of Ice and Fire, HBO’s popular show Game of Thrones was based, has angered the fans. The whole fiasco started on a petty announcement Martin made on Twitter, which wasn’t very well received by his fans.
“Happy to announce that Fire & Blood, the inspiration behind the upcoming House of the Dragon, will release in paperback on May 5th in the US, Canada, and the UK. This paperback edition will include 5 brand new illustrations. Pre-orders begin soon!” tweeted the author.

Now while on the surface it looks like a harmless Tweet. It irked the fans who are eagerly waiting for Martin’s long-awaited book The Winds of Winter and assumed he had an announcement to make regarding the same.
Fans bashed Martin hard as they demanded him to come up with the long due book instead of trolling them with unnecessary announcements.
