Here’s why Feroze Khan Couldn’t Do Meray Paas Tum Ho
It is rather common knowledge that before Humayun Saeed took up the character of Danish, it went to Adeel Hussain and Feroze Khan. However, things didn’t materialize and Feroze couldn’t do the role.
Recently, while talking to Waseem Badami in his show, Har Lamha Purjosh, Feroze Khan finally opened up about why he wasn’t able to do Meray Paas Tum Ho.
“I lost the show because I asked to be paid,” Feroze shared with Badami.
Elaborating further on a number of aspects, Feroze said, “I do think Khalil sahib didn’t like the idea of an actor demanding money for performing on a script written by him.”
Badami also questioned Feroze asking if there were actors who worked for free, to which the Gul E Rana actor replied, “there are actors who work for free, …. I don’t really know.”
Feroze Khan recently announced his exit from the showbiz to follow the path of religion. However, the actor had maintained that he was not quitting acting and would provide his services for a good cause.
