Neelam Muneer & Ahsan Khan come together once again for Yasir Nawaz’s Chakar
In a rather unexpected turn of events, Neelam Muneer has been signed opposite Ahsan Khan in the Yasir Nawaz directorial film Chakar. There has been a lot of cast shuffles for Chakar, including Ahsan replacing Feroze and Imran Abbas as the male lead and now Neelam alongside him.
Although Mawra Hocane had confirmed been a part of Chakar earlier, for some reason, the leading lady has been swapped and will now be played by Neelam Muneer.
Neelam and Ahsan previously starred together in the 2017 film Chupan Chupai. Although the film received a lukewarm response from the audience, Neelam and Ahsan’s pairing came across as fresh with sizzling chemistry.
Last year, Neelam starred in Yasir Nawaz’s Wrong No.2. Her role was appreciated for her performance and on-screen presence. It will now be exciting to see Ahsan Khan, who has stayed away from the big screen since Chupan Chupai. Khan will be seen essaying the role of Kabir.
Chakar, as confirmed by Yasir Nawaz earlier, will be a thriller and murder mystery. The film will also see Yasir not only writing the script, screenplay and directing but also acting himself as the third lead alongside Neelam and Ahsan.
