Citrus Talent, CEO Fahad Hussain sends legal notice to actress Iqra Aziz

Actress Iqra Aziz has received a legal notice from Citrus Talent  for breach of agreement. Since the actress was bound by contract to not sign advertisements with any other talent firm and having broken the terms and condition, Iqra has been sent a notice by CEO Fahad Hussain.

According to the notice, despite having this knowledge, the actress went ahead and shot for a Milkpak ad opposite Ahad Raza Mir in collaboration with Mint PR and Image consultancy.

CEO of Citrus Talent, Fahad Hussain posted all the details regarding this issue in an Instagram story. He wrote that his lawyer has served a legal notice to Iqra Aziz “as she breached the Talent Exclusivity Agreement dated 14 June 2017 and bypassed Citrus Talent by locking an ad through Ms Maida Azmat of Mint PR and Image Consultancy.”

8 page contract was signed between the two parties, according to which, “Citrus Talent had the exclusive rights to represent Iqra Aziz for all engagement, bookings, etc. for television commercials and print shoots for products”, posted Fahad Hussain revealing further details.

The CEO of Citrus Talent has provided with A to Z of details in his Instagram story, also with the account that how he introduced Iqra Aziz in the industry, “Iqra was first introduced to me by the hair and makeup artist, Waqar Hussain, in November 2012 who she met at a shoot as an extra. Later she came and met with me and I took her on board and LONG before her career even picked up…she did her first project through Citrus Talent”.

Sources reveal Iqra Aziz is going to opt for a legal counsel and have a counter notice delivered to Citrus Talent. If that is the case, the proceedings will then be going to the court of law. Fahad Hussain has also stated that this was “done despite the fact that Iqra and Maida were repeatedly reminded about the contractual obligations of Iqra towards Citrus Talent”.
