Rawalpindi: A man convicted of raping a disabled girl sentenced to death

The court has sentenced the convict to death in a case of rape of a minor disabled girl.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Jahangir Gondal ruled that 40-year-old Muhammad Ayub forcibly entered the house of a 13-year-old disabled girl in the area of ​​Ratta police station and raped her.

The court ruled that the perpetrator committed a heinous crime and there was no scope for pardon. Criminals who abuse innocent children deserve severe punishment.

The court also ordered the convict to pay a fine of Rs 5 lakh.

As per the court ruling, the convict will be hanged till death.
