1 dead, 9 wounded in shooting at Halloween party in Texas

A shooting incident at a Halloween party in Texarkana has left one man dead and nine other people wounded.

Texarkana is a city located on the border of Texas, about 180 miles east of Dallas.

Texarkana police say in a news release that the shooting happened late Saturday at an event center.

As being reported, a couple of hundred people were in attendance at the Halloween party.

The 10 people who were shot were taken to two hospitals for treatment.

However, a 20-year-old man was later pronounced dead.

So far no suspects or arrests have been made.
