Ashfaque Satti is reported to have filed a defamation lawsuit against Rabia Anum.
ARY News anchor Ashfaque Satti taking it to social media said that he has filed a defamation lawsuit against Rabia Anum, following the domestic abuse allegations made against him by his first wife and the public statements by Rabia Anum, backing up said claims.
Ashfaq Ishaq Satti was lambasted on social media after his wife posted photos on social media depicting injuries on her face and body, allegedly her husband of domestic abuse.
This also resulted in Ashfaque Satti’s suspension from ARY News as well.

Development comes following the ongoing controversy related to domestic abuse.
Former news anchor Rabia Anum in X platform shared the account of Ashfaque Satti’s wife claiming to be badly beaten by the later.
