From Hulk to Titanic, Mathew Mcconaughey has Missed a Few Good Chances

Interstellar actor Matthew McConaughey recently about his interest in playing Hulk, but Marvel apparently refused.

In an interview with Josh Horowitz on the “Happy Sad Confused podcast,” the 50-year-old American actor spoke about his appreciation and love for the 70s TV show “The Incredible Hulk” starring Lou Ferrigno, which ignited his interest in playing the role of Bruce Banner as it was later asked by the host Horowitz, to which Matthew said that the studio gave him a “No, good bye!”

The role of Hulk was opened for auditions in 2008, although it is unclear as to when McConaughey approached Marvel with his request.

Moreover, in an interview earlier this year Matthew McConaughey also revealed to “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,” that he also auditioned for the role of Jack Dawson in the epic thriller movie “Titanic,” but we all know that the role went to Leonardo DiCaprio. Tough luck!
