After a Long Break Vaani Kapoor Set to Make Comeback with War
Bollywood is an ever growing industry with new entrants coming in and out in mere months and years, to stay consistent in this competitive world is a pretty daunting task and Indian actress Vaani Kapoor has been trying hard to keep up.
To afresh your memory, Vaani is the same girl who had her debut with Yashraj Film’s Shuddh Desi Romance in 2013. Albeit that the movie was a box office hit, somehow the odds weren’t in Vaani’s favor who then disappeared from the screen for three years.
Then came 2016 and Vaani came back in another Aditya Chopra film Befikre alongside Ranveer Singh. The film failed to leave a mark on the box office but surely enough dented Vaani’s already volatile career. Long after that the actress was nowhere to be seen.
However, until recently when Aditya Chopra announced his big-budgeted film War starring Hrithik Roshan, Vaani Kapoor and Tiger Shroff; the world found Vaani once again.

It’s now three more years and the actress is coming back with her third film in a span of six years. Six years were long enough to find new talent particularly the likes of star kids Jhanvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan, who have taken Bollywood by storm.
So where does Vaani stand now? Despite the odds against her in last few years, the actress is hopeful to set her foot with her performance.
“There will always be new entrants in the industry. They are so good and everybody is putting in a lot of effort. I don’t think about who is doing what, but give my 100 per cent to whatever is coming to me,” the actress recently spoke.
“I do my best and nurture it instead of worrying about what project did and did not come to me,” she added.
Let’s see how Vaani’s optimism plays out for her in the upcoming War that is set to hit theaters on October 2.
