The Batman sequel starring Robert Pattinson gets a release date!
‘The Batman 2’ is titled ‘THE BATMAN – PART II’, and it will hit the cinemas on October 3, 2025.
Matt Reeves has returned to write and direct the sequel starring Robert Pattinson, reprising his role as the smokey-eyed Batman.
While there is no word yet on if the rest of the cast will return; Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, and Peter Sarsgaard all starred in the first film.
Batman released in early March last year became the highest-grossing film of 2022 with a total worldwide take of $759 million.
While making an appearance during the Warner Bros. presentation at Cinema Con last year, Reeves thanked the audience for their “tremendous support” for the film.
“We couldn’t have gotten here without the faith and enthusiasm of all your teams around the world. I’m excited to jump back into this world for the next chapter,” said Reeves.
