PM Imran Khan pays tribute to Allama Iqbal as Pakistan observes his 143rd birth anniversary on Monday, 9 November.
“Iqbal’s thoughts continue to inspire & guide. He is a great mystic, with a pure spirit, delivered of materiality and, at the same time, a man who respects and honors science, technological progress, and the advancement of human reason in our age”, he said while sharing the link of Dr. Ali Shariati’s paper on Allama Iqbal.

Earlier on Monday morning, a change of guard ceremony was also held at the mausoleum of Allama Muhammad Iqbal in Lahore.
A contingent of Pakistan Navy assumed the responsibility of guard from Pakistan Rangers.
