Salman Iqbal has raised questions on the fact-finding report in Arshad Sharif’s killing!
In a statement, President and CEO ARY Digital Network Salman Iqbal noted that most of the information provided by him to the investigators was missing from the report that has been prepared by the fact-finding committee.
“The information provided by me is missing from the Arshad Sharif murder case report, the committee’s report contradicts the facts and highlights their bias,” says Salman Iqbal.
He maintained that the fact-finding report manifests the partiality of the probe committee as it leaves out the information provided by him which “goes against their narrative”.

The report by fact-finding team probing the murder of Arshad Sharif has been made public on Wednesday.
The Fact Finding Report comprising of 592-pages on journalist Arshad Sharif’s case was submitted to the Supreme Court (SC) during the suo moto proceedings of the case on Wednesday.
The senior journalist and former ARY News anchor, Arshad Sharif was killed in Nairobi, Kenya on October 23.
It is pertinent to mention here that ARY News had sacked anchor Arshad Sharif on August 31, 2022, citing journalist violating the company’s code of conduct with his social media posts.
