Sheikh-Al-Tafseer Mufti Zarwali Khan passes away in Karachi

Sheikh-Al-Tafseer Mufti Zarwali Khan has passed away on Monday.

As being reported, a well-known religious scholar, was seriously ill for three months and was undergoing treatment at a hospital at Karachi’s Indus Hospital.

Reportedly, Mufti Zarwali, 67,  was shifted to hospital after his health condition deteriorated.

Mufti Zarwali Khan established Ahsan-ul-Uloom’s seminary in 1978, and devoted his entire life to teaching. He was also the author of several books.

He was also a teacher of thousands of scholars. He had a unique position in the teaching of Tafsir and Hadith. Students used to come from all over the country to receive education and guidance from him. 

He was born in 1953 in the town of Jahangra in Swabi District. He graduated from Allama Banuri Town Gurmundar with a degree in Islamic Studies.

He established a madrassa  Ahsan-ul-Uloom in Gulshan-e-Iqbal in 1978, Karachi, where he was engaged in teaching and learning all his life.
