A talented and aggressive opening batsman, Tamim Iqbal has made his mark on Bangladesh cricket since earning his first one-day international cap in 2007. Tamim was chosen in Bangladesh’s ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 squad with just four ODI matches under his belt but was instrumental in his team’s surprise win over India at that tournament. Now, Tamim has more than 170 ODI appearances under his belt and has scored nine centuries and 38 fifties.
