After making it to headlines, Pakistan’s former skipper Afridi reveals what he said to Afghan cricketer Naveen-ul-Haq after the KT v GG, Lankan Premier League match on Monday night.
Gladiators captain Shahid Afridi was spotted sharing a word with Naveen-ul-Haq after the end of the match.
Tuskers’ Naveen-ul-Haq had spat of words with Mohammad Amir during the match and Afridi wasn’t amused!

Taking it to social media, Afridi in a tweet said, “My advise to the young player was simple, play the game and don’t indulge in abusive talk. I have friends in Afghanistan team and we have very cordial relations. Respect for teammates and opponents is the basic spirit of the game”.

On Monday, Tuskers beat Gladiators by 25 runs to register their first win of the tournament.
