Fraud Episode-32 Review: Shaan throws Maya out of his house
Shaan not doubting his step mom makes no sense!
ARY Digital’s drama serial Fraud is 32 episodes down. The story is not making any sense at all and is getting too dragged. Saba Qamar and Mikaal Zulfiqar have given their best performances. In the previous episode, we watched that Maya’s silence is going to put her in great trouble. In this episode, it is shown that Shaan’s stepmother unravels Maya’s past in front of Shaan to which he reacts and throws her out of the house.
Maya, as we have seen in the previous episode, has confronted Shaan’s step mom telling her that she will not become part of anything in deceiving her husband to which Shaan’s mother reacts. She goes straight to Shaan’s room and in presence of Maya, she unravels Maya’s past in front of Shaan. Shaan gets the shock of his life, he is not ready to believe this but Maya confirms that it is true.
Maya tries her best to clear herself, she tells him that her ex-husband is none other than Sharjeel who has robbed her money and he is an absolute fraud. She further tells him that his mother has joined Sharjeel and they both are looting his money. This all makes so much sense but why Shaan is so blindly trusting his stepmom? when now it is clear that she has deliberately hidden Maya’s past from him and now she is backing Sharjeel as a fraud!
Well despite all such clear red flags Shaan overlooks his stepmom and throws Maya out of the house in the middle of the night ignoring Zimmal’s pleas to stop her. Whatever happens with Maya is her fault too had she mustered some courage and spoken up with Shaan about her past when numerous times he has offered her to share her problem, chances were that Shaan may forgive her but now his anger is justified!
However, Shaan’s totally ignoring his stepmother’s conduct is a big flaw in the story. It is not making any sense how come he is so damn? Why he is not asking his stepmother why she has deliberately hidden Maya’s past from him and now why she is backing Shaan after knowing that he is a fraud? Why Maya is not telling about Sharjeel to the Police for committing fraud against her as she got all the evidence? Thankfully her father suggests she fight for herself and make Sharjeel pay for his sins. Shaan once again is fooled by his stepmother and sister as Tooba lies that she is pregnant with Sharjeel’s child. The play needs to get concluded!
