Kevin Feige Finally Breaks Silence on Martin Scorsese Criticism

After a month-long feud between Martin Scorsese and Marvel Studios, President MCU Kevin Feige has finally broken his silence on the matter. Earlier Scorsese had compared Marvel movies to theme parks and called them ‘not cinema’.

“Everybody has a different definition of cinema,” said Kevin while talking to Hollywood Reporter.

“Everybody has a different definition of art. Everybody has a different definition of risk. Some people don’t think it’s cinema. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. And I look forward to what will happen next. But in the meantime, we’re going to keep making movies,” he further said.

Feige called Scorsese remarks “unfortunate” while adding that he and his team loves cinemas, movies, going to watch movies and the whole theatrical experience.

“I think it’s fun for us to take our success and use it to take risks and go in different places,” said the CEO of Marvel Cinematic Universe as he reacted to Scorsese criticism.
