Musk set to bid adieu to the Twitter brand
Twitter may be rebranding to X sooner than we thought!

Musk is set to bid adieu to the Twitter brand!
Taking it to the microblogging site, Twitter CEO Elon Musk made yet another shocking announcement and hinted at new changes coming to the platform.
The SpaceX founder, who took over Twitter last year following a $44 billion deal, wants to drop the Twitter logo and “eventually” the birds that have long been its signature.
Taking to his official Twitter handle, Elon Musk tweeted a shimmering image of an X earlier, saying: “If a good enough X logo is posted tonight, we’ll make go live worldwide tomorrow.”
Musk has merged the company into an entity called X Corp, and the new X logo he is hinting at makes sense.

In his other Tweet, Musk said, “Soon we shall bid adieu to the Twitter brand and, gradually, all the birds.”

Well, Twitter and the bird logo are recognized worldwide and it’s hard for the tweeps to accept new changes.
Twitter users continue to express dissatisfaction with the platform and Musk’s policies since his takeover.

As long as the new Twitter has a consistent policy with banning, and you ain’t boosting certain accounts and banning others.

Actually dropping the name Twitter is such a hilariously bad idea. It will sever what already tenuous emotional connection longtime users have to this site. https://t.co/gVQblrrSAr

Why would you change the name & branding of something that’s almost as synonymous with the internet as “google it” with something that sounds like it was thought up by a 14 year old? https://t.co/2jvJTEEOi0
