Taking it to their official Instagram account, the Sussex’s announced Meghan’s association with the British Vogue and close coordination with the editor in chief, Edward Enninful. The edition titled ‘Forces for Change’ will not be a run of the mill copy of the fashion magazine and would focus on the internal beauty of women who have brought an impactful change in the world with both their actions and philosophies.

“For the cover, The Duchess chose a diverse selection of women from all walks of life, each driving impact and raising the bar for equality, kindness, justice and open mindedness,” said the official account of the Duchess of Sussex.

“The sixteenth space on the cover, a mirror, was included so that when you hold the issue in your hands, you see yourself as part of this collective.”

The women featuring on the cover of September Vogue will include New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, Hollywood actress Salma Hayek, actress and model Adut Akech and Somalian boxer Ramla Ali including other influential women from various ethnic and social backgrounds.

Meghan’s Vogue edition will include some intriguing write-ups and interviews as well. From her self-penned editorial that will talk about focus on brands with heritage instead of beauty, to her interview with former first lady of US Michelle Obama, the September copy is already living up to its hype. The edition will also feature a candid interview of Meghan’s husband Prince Harry.
