Ehd-e-Wafa Episode 3: From Fun to Emotions, That Escalated Quickly!

Ehd-e-Wafa has entered its third week and while the last two weeks seemed a bit dragged or slow pace, this time around things changed within a few minutes. The start was a usual run of the mill, four boys having fun, but towards the end, it was the beginning of an emotional saga.

Without going into too many details, for those who haven’t watched the episode yet, let’s say it’s safe to say that this week’s episode is going to be the turning point of the story.

While we might miss the fun banter of Saad (Ahad Raza Mir), Shahzain (Osman Khalid Butt), Sheheryar (Ahmed Ali Akbar) and Shariq (Wahaj Ali); we’ll also get to see the main story this stellar cast drama has to offer. This is where Ehd-e-Wafa will begin and we will find out who remains loyal to the promise of friendship.

If we talk about our favorite bit from the show, Brigadier Faraz Ahmed definitely stole the show. With his one minute scene towards the end and powerful dialogue, we would say, he hit just the right cords. Two thumbs up for Brigadier for once again melting our hearts.

This week also introduced families of the other three boys Shariq, Sheheryar, and Shahzain. The stark contrast between the families and their reactions to a certain event speaks volumes of the insight Saifi Hassan has as a director when it comes to character details.

All in all, a complete package with humor and emotions, this week’s Ehd-e-Wafa certainly raised the bar for weeks to come. And from the looks of it, we are expecting better!
