Maddox Jolie-Pitt Opens Up About Strained Relationship with Father Brad Pitt

It has been quite a while when Brad Pitt and his oldest son’s Maddox strained relationship became public knowledge. The teenager has been quite vocal about his sour terms with the father whereas Pitt has also been awfully quiet on the subject.

This time around Maddox, who has recently enrolled in a college in Seoul, has given some vague yet very loud comments on his troubled relationship with Brad.

 

On being asked by Touch Weekly whether his father would be visiting him on campus or not, Maddox was too unsure yet clear on his disinterest in seeing his dad.

“I don’t know about that [or] what’s happening,” he responded.

The media outlet then asked him if he wishes to continue his relationship with his father or would like to end it, alongside his mother Angelina Jolie’s divorce. This is what the 18-year old had to say.

“Well, whatever happens, happens,” he clearly indicated on his lack of interest in this relationship.

After being together for over 16 years, Brad and Angelina finally divorced last year. The couple together has six children Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and Vivienne and Knox, 11.

While Maddox, Zahara and Pax were adopted from orphanages in Cambodia, Ethiopia and Vietnam; the other three are Jolie-Pitt’s biological children and the couple has been in a custody fight over all of them.
