Mahira Khan tied the knot with longtime friend and businessman Salim Karim in a fairy tale wedding on Oct 1 held at the picturesque venue of PC Bhurban.
As reported, only close friends and family attended the wedding, and showbiz personalities were not invited to the ceremony.

Photos from the wedding event posted on social media have brought to light the big names who attended Mahira Khan’s wedding.
It emerges that Pakistani restaurateur and film actor Sikandar Rizvi attended the wedding as he shared a photo of himself along with the groom and featuring some of the guests.
From the photo, we get to know that Oscar winner Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy’s husband, Fahd Kamal Chinoy, who is also the CEO of Pakistan Cables, attended the wedding.
Senator Sherry Rehman posted a photo with the groom on her Instagram handle with wishes saying, “Here’s to you both @salimkarim ♥️ and Mahira. Khush raho abaad raho.”
Samiya Ansari, a costume designer and blogger, revealed some fun bits from the gathering of friends in Bhurban, apparently from Mahira Khan’s wedding festivities.
She can be also seen standing next to Mahira’s brother, Hissan.

Meanwhile, Samiya Ansari’s Instagram stories reveal director and actor Sarmad Khoosat was among the guests at Mahira and Salim’s wedding.
One of Mahira’s closest childhood friends, fashion designer Feeha Noor Jamsheed also shared some moments on social media.
She posted a screenshot shared by a celebrity account of Mahira’s wedding video in which she can be seen crying.
Later it was Producer Nina Kashaf who spilled all the beans about attending Mahira Khan’s wedding and also revealed that there was a musical night arranged to mark the wedding festivities.
Nina shared a glimpse of some exclusive guests who were invited to this intimate event in a series of Instagram stories.
The guests included Sarmad Khoosat, Momal Sheikh, director Asim Raza, Mahira’s Parey Hut Love co-star Sheheryar Munawar, and fashion designer Umar Sayeed.
So there were a few celebrities from the show biz fraternity invited to the wedding.
