Muneeb Butt has spilled the beans on his new TV One show Motia Sarkar!
Muneeb Butt will soon be seen portraying another unconventional character in a special project with Seema Taher Khan and TV One is titled Motia Sarkar.
It’s going to be “dark entertainment”, based on a story of a pimp Motia, who works at a brothel in a red-light district.
Motia’s mother and sister are both prostitutes and he falls in love with a dancer named Chambeli played by Amna Ilyas.
“It’s about his transformation from a pimp to spirituality,” Muneeb Butt said.
Taking to Instagram in slider posts, Muneeb Butt unveiled his character images with a caption saying:
“Stay tuned for an extraordinary character where my role transcends from a notorious pimp in a red-light district to a spiritual seeker. In our field where such roles are scarce, I try to make sure to fearlessly explore my craft, pushing boundaries and getting out of my comfort zone. Hope my audience and fans will like it airing soon! ‘MOTIA SARKAR’.”
