Ace fashion designer Nomi Ansari who is close friends with Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain hosted a dinner party for the newly wed couple.
The event was a star-studded affair while the newly weds looked adorable as ever together. Celebrities including Momal Sheikh, Ushna Shah, Nadia Hussain, Maria Wasti, Sunita Marshal, Hassan Ahmad, and Ali Rehman Khan were in attendance too.
Iqra Aziz donned a beautiful white saree that originally belonged to her deceased mother in law and paired it up with traditional jewellery. Yasir felt very pleased with Iqra’s sweet gesture and took to social media to praise his wife.
“Apni marhooma saas ki Sari… pehen k aap ne mera dil jeet lia. Iqra Aziz, love you. [You have won my heart by wearing your late mother-in-law’s saree. Love you Iqra Aziz,” he wrote on Instagram.
