Gold prices in Pakistan witness a big jump

Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a big jump on Thursday.

The price of gold increased by a massive Rs2,750 per tola in the country on March 7, the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association notified.

With today’s increment, the price of the yellow metal has surged to Rs228,150 per tola.

A day earlier, the rates per tola 24 karat gold increased by Rs1,500 and was sold at Rs225,400.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has reached Rs195,602 with an increase of Rs2,358 per gram.

On the other hand,  the price of gold in the international market, increased by $26 to reach $2,174 per ounce.

Gold prices in Pakistan on Thursday were in line with the increase in the international rate.
